Do I really pay nothing upfront?
Yes. We pay for the advertising and do the lead handling and booking ourselves during the 30-day pilot. You pay only after a system we booked is installed.
What exactly counts as a billable job?
A replacement appointment we booked that turns into a deposit and an installed system. Repair calls, tune-ups and estimates that don't close aren't billed.
How is the fee calculated?
9% of the installed job's value, with a $500 minimum and a $1,500 cap per job. A $9,500 system works out to about $855.
Are these shared leads?
No. Appointments we book for you go to you only. We also limit how many HVAC contractors we work with in each market.
How do you know when a job is installed?
We agree on a simple tracking method upfront, like a shared sheet or your CRM, so both sides see every booked job, deposit and completed install.
What happens after 30 days?
If the numbers work for you, we keep going on the same pay-per-install terms. If they don't, you walk away and keep every appointment we booked.
